Buyer Assist Terms
1. Service and flat fee
Buyer Assist is an optional sourcing service of technovatehzub.com, separate from any sale contract. The single flat fee is published on the order page and shown before payment.
2. Scope and exclusions
We confirm your requirements, review documents and arrange an independent inspection. Items not in your order confirmation and third-party costs are excluded; no legal or tax advice is given.
3. Inspection and final approval
Any offer we prepare or forward is an expression of interest only. It binds only after satisfactory inspection, verified documents and written final approval by you and the seller.
4. Price, terms, warranty, complaints
Before you purchase we provide complete and timely information on the service, price, terms, warranty and dispute resolution (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023). Complaints go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to the courts.
5. Data, cookies, advertising
Personal data are processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3774-IX of 06.06.2024; cookies that process personal data require prior informed consent under that Law and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. Advertising is accurate and substantiated (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996).
