These Terms govern your use of technovatehzub.com and its inspection services.

2. Services, booking, price

We provide the inspection services described on this site. Before you order we disclose the scope, price, terms, warranty and dispute procedure required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia and include taxes; payment is by bank transfer or the methods shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation, warranty, liability

You may cancel before the inspection starts. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. If a report does not match the agreed scope we re-inspect or correct it. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service.

4. Complaints and disputes

Write to contact@technovatehzub.com. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or the courts under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Ukrainian law applies.

5. Advertising, data, cookies

Service claims are accurate and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3774-IX of 06.06.2024. Cookies that process personal data need prior consent, which you may refuse, under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
