Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fees, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds for our inspection services, before you commit.
1. Provider and scope
Provider: technovatehzub.com, PE, EDRPOU 57013964, Business Center Eurasia, 75 Zhylyanska St, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine; contact@technovatehzub.com; +380 959 514 3090. Issued under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
2. Fees and payment
Prices, currency and the full scope of the inspection are shown before you confirm the order; the price is fixed once the order is accepted. Third-party costs (laboratory or expert fees) are itemised separately and no further charges are added without your consent.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel free of charge before the visit is scheduled to start: we refund 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel after the inspector is dispatched or work has started, we deduct the documented cost of work performed. One rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice; later changes may incur the visit price. If we cannot perform the inspection, you choose a full refund or a free rescheduling within 30 calendar days.
4. Refunds and non-refundable amounts
Email us from the address used for the order, with the order number and reason. We reply within 5 business days, with written reasons if refused. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. No refund is due for a completed visit, a delivered report or third-party fees already incurred. Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3774-IX of 06.06.2024.
